PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelled electrolyte element with high electrolyte retaining property, accordingly with high ion conductivity, enabled to easily bridge by heating or by radiation of energy-ray like ultraviolet-ray or electron beam, capable of gelling after injecting in the state of liquid, in the space formed by arranging electrodes with a prescribed distance, and to provide a gelled electrolyte formed by bridging the gelled electrolyte element. SOLUTION: The gelled electrolyte element contains monovinyl monomer and polyvinyl monomer as polymerizing components, and the monovinyl monomer contains at least one kind of compound chosen from either alkyl(meta) acrylate, or alkoxypolyethyleneglycol(meta)acrylate as a main component, and the polyvinyl monomer contains urethane group containing di(meta)acrylate as a main component. |
