PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user connected to a network with production of a tour set with information such as order of browsing contents on the Web, browsing time, and commands and its reproduction and displaying by a simple operation in a terminal of the user. SOLUTION: The systems are provided with a user terminal for browsing information or the like, a tour producing means setting the information such as the order of browsing, the browsing time, and the commands, a tour reproducing means reproducing the information, a set information sending means sending the set information through the computer network, a set information holding means holding and storing the set information, a content acquiring means browsing the computer network on the basis of the set information and acquiring contents or the like, and a content displaying means displaying the acquired contents on the user terminal. Production and reproduction of the tour is controlled by an operation using a GUI or the like on the basis of the set information stored in the set information holding means.
