PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar display device in which a wiring substrate is surely fixed to a planar display panel without deteriorating the function of the panel. SOLUTION: A planar display device 100, which displays an image, has a planar display panel 120 that has a structure in which electrodes 122 and 124 and display martial 123 are laminated, bumps 113 which are electrically connected to the electrodes 122 and 124 of the panel 120, a wiring substrate 110 which conducts driving control of the panel 120 and ultraviolet curing adhesive material 200 which is applied between the panel 120 and the substrate 110.
