The clip (6) has a sprung pressure-arm (11-13) and an attached foot (7) swivel mounted on the reverse side (5). The foot has a slide piece (8) which is prevented from dropping out of a first (9) and second (10) guide groove at right angles to each other in the reverse side of the plate. The clip can swivel by 90 degrees at the intersection between the two guide grooves.
