PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide structure around a cowling for a vehicle facilitating installation while preventing the dislocation of a headlight, a cowling panel and a fuel tank and securing appearance quality. SOLUTION: The headlight 36 is supported being mounted to the cowling panel 35. The rear edge part 35g side of the cowling panel 35 is mounted on the basis of the fuel tank 18 mounted to a body frame 11. The cowling panel 35 is mounted in a position adjustable manner to the body frame 11.
