PURPOSE: A fluid sterilizing appliance is provided to be used to effectively sterilize specific products required to be sterilized at a low temperature, for example traditional liquor, beverage, fermentation fluid, liquid phase medicines, and the like. CONSTITUTION: The fluid sterilizing appliance is comprised of a pre-heater(2); a heat exchanger(3) containing a heat exchange tube(3a) into which fluid is input; and a microwave low temperature sterilizer(4) having a low temperature sterilizing tube(4a) into which the fluid passed through the heat exchange tube is input, a microwave generator(12), and a temperature adjustor for adjusting the amount of microwave. |
