SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing an organic positive temperature coefficient thermistor, an organic positive temperature coefficient thermistor composition composed of high-density polyethylene, nickel powder subjected to a surface treatment with titanate coupling agent, and others is introduced, melted and kneaded in a two-shaft extruder 10. The kneaded and molten organic positive temperature coefficient thermistor composition O is fed from a T die 12 onto the surface of a lower metal foil M1 of a roller type laminator 20. The lower metal foil M1, the molten thermistor composition O, so that an upper metal foil M2 are bonded together into a sandwich shape through thermocompression with heating rolls 26a and 26b.
