PURPOSE: A guarding method by using a communication provider's position tracking service is provided to allow a security guard on patrol to quickly deal with a dangerous situation and minimize a user's injury when the user depresses an emergency button in danger any time and any place by using a communication provider's position tracking service and a guard system constructed nationwide. CONSTITUTION: When a user depresses an emergency button, a communication provider senses the emergency signal. The communication provider instantly informs a phone guard control center of a position of the client, phone number, and transmits a position change and an abnormal signal to a position tracking guard control center until the emergency situation is terminated. The phone guard control center issues a nearby patrol car dispatch command, transmits client's personal information, collects an emergency standby group, directly transmits data transmitted from the communication provider, and requests a support from 112 and 119 while watching up the client in danger until the emergency situation ends up. Phone guard dispatch personnel arrives instantly upon receiving the dispatch command, transmits a site situation to the control center, requests a support according to circumstances, and guards the client. 112 and 119 are in a cooperation system. |
