PURPOSE: A humidifying device heating on surface of water is provided to reduce noise due to bubbles. CONSTITUTION: A heating plate or a hot wire of a heating type humidifier is placed to contact with an upper side of the surface of the water, i.e., placed as near as possible to the surface of the water so that bubble vaporizes and is dispersed into the air immediately after generation thereof without generating noise to reduce noise, so called bubble sound, generated by the bubble and not to interfere with the surface of the water so as not to interfere with sleeping of a user.
