PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an exhaust heat thermoelectric converter which can improve heat collection efficiency. SOLUTION: The fin surfaces of heat-collecting fins 12af, 12bf of heat- collecting plates 12a, 12b provided at the positions made to oppose each other within a distribution pipe 10 for the heated fluid of the exhaust heat thermoelectric converter W formed as a unit are provided opposed with each other. Since a guide mechanism of such structure is provided within the pipe, the heated fluid can be guided toward the heat-collecting plates 12af, 12bf, in order to significantly improve the heat collection efficiency.
