SMART MAINTENANCE METHOD USING STRAIN MEASURING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A smart maintenance method using strain measuring system is provided to execute safety diagnosis and maintenance of a building. CONSTITUTION: A method includes the steps of: a step(a) removing an outer wall of a damaged part of a building structure to expose a laid reinforcing body, steel reinforcing; a step(b) attaching a strain measuring system containing an optical fiber sensor, which is a Michelson interference sensor, a Fabry-Perot sensor or a Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) sensor on the exposed reinforcing body with an adhesive agent, which is cyanide bond, epoxy or grouting material; and a step(c) restoring the removed damaged part of the outer wall.
