PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless terminal that can accurately select a path suitable for communication, maintain stable communication quality and prevent waste of power. SOLUTION: A matched filter 102 has a spread code used for synchronous acquisition as a tap coefficient and uses this spread code to apply inverse spread processing to a received base band signal obtained by an analog/digital converter 101. A signal power integrator 103 integrates the result of inverse spread processing by the matched filter 102 for a time designated by a path search section 104a. The path search section 104a obtains a delay profile according to the result of integration by the signal power integrator 103 every time a search period comes, temporarily stores the delay profile, averages the delay profiles, obtains a path with a high peak level from the mean profile and informs a finger management section 109a of this path so as to allow a receiver of a finger circuit 111to receive a signal through the path. |
