PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of prevention omission when data is transmitted and easily restoring data. SOLUTION: Transmission data from a center side processor is divided into blocks, data management information and sequence control information are attached to the divided block data, a terminal side processor restores the divided block data to the original data by using the sequence control information, and the center side processor is requested to make a retransmission with respect to divided block data that can not be correctly received by the terminal side processor by using the data management information and the sequence control information.
