<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and low power consumption by reducing a circuit scale by sharing overlapping parts or the like in regard to an OAM processor for performing operation control and maintenance management of an ATM network. SOLUTION: An outputting means 3 stores a plurality of preliminarily registered VPI/VCIs. When an extracting means 1 extracts a VPI/VCI, the extracted VPI/VPI is compared with the plurality of registered VPI/VCIs, and when there is a VPI/VCI coinciding with the extracted VPI/VCI, a coincidence signal is outputted. Meanwhile, when an alarm detecting means 2 detects a physical layer alarm, the outputting means 3 outputs the VPIs of the whole VPs relating to the detected physical layer alarm among the plurality of registered VPI/VCIs to a VP-AIS outputting means 4. The outputting means 4 prepares a VP-AIS cell on the basis of the VPIs and outputs the VP-AIS cell to a cell stream.</p> |
