The invention concerns a device for digital data exchange in a CDMA system between a plurality of sources and at least a concentrator. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a number of n digital transmission/reception circuits (1) mounted in parallel, each circuit (1) including a transmitter (2i) comprising means for generating a whole number Nc of codes designed to produce spectral spread of the data to be transmitted and a receiver (4i) comprising means (46, 48) for detecting new sources accessing the transmission channel of the CDMA system and means (49) for generating synchronisation signals and power control signals corresponding to each detected new source.
