PURPOSE: A boiling temperature controlling apparatus is provided to compensate for the boiling temperature by removing a resistor connected to a predetermined port of a microprocessor when the deviation of the boiling temperature of an electric kettle is generated. CONSTITUTION: A boiling temperature controlling apparatus includes a function handling section for selecting the function of an electric kettle, a display device for displaying the operation of the electric kettle, a locking/releasing handle for locking/releasing a lid of the electric kettle, an automatic steam discharging port for automatically discharging steam remaining in the electric kettle, a pressure pin for adjusting pressure in the electric kettle, a heating device for applying heat to the electric kettle, a sensor for detecting the temperature in the electric kettle, and a control section for controlling the operation of the electric kettle. A resistor is connected to a predetermine port of a microprocessor included in the control section. Voltage applied to the resistor is distributed in the resistor so that the predetermined port is maintained in a "high state".
