PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor which has a passage of a capillary tube formed between a cover and a support without using a spacer or an additional manufacturing process of embossing the cover or the support. SOLUTION: The biosensor contains the support, a reagent placed on the support and the cover with an upper side and an almost flat lower side. In the biosensor the lower side of the cover distinguishes the sealed and unsealed parts connecting to the support, and the unsealed part makes the passage extending across the reagent by cooperating with the support. |
