PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water dispersion type two-pack urethane resin adhesive having an excellent adhesivity to a base material less prone to adhere, excellent in flexibility, water resistance, resistance to hot water and resistance to hydrolysis capable of manufacturing a laminated article excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: This water dispersion type two-pack urethane resin adhesive comprises a principal ingredient including a water dispersion of a polyurethane resin including hydroxyl groups obtained by blockading a neutralization product of a prepolymer having terminal isocyanate groups obtained by reacting (a) an organic polyisocyanate compound, (b) a polyol including a dimer diol and a polyester polyol having average molecular weight >=3,000 and (c) a compound having an anionic hydrophilic group and two or more active hydrogen atoms, using (d) a primary amine and/or a secondary amine in water, and a crosslinking agent including a water dispersed polyisocyanate.
