PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which provides examination questions suitable for a study level of an educational institution out of examination questions shared among plural educational institutions. SOLUTION: This technique has a step where examination questions transmitted from a provider-side processor are received and are stored in an examination question DB, a step where examination questions are retrieved by a retrieval item designated by a user-side processor and are read out from the examination question DB and are transmitted to the user-side processor as the request source, a step where examination questions transmitted from a examination question providing processor are received and are stored in an examination question file, a step where the examination result of examination questions stored in the examination question file is inputted and is transmitted to the examination question providing processor, a step where the examination result transmitted from the user-side processor is received and is stored in an examination result DB, and a step where contents of the retrieval item for retrieval of examination questions are updated in accordance with contents of the examination results stored in the examination result DB.
