PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of vehicle panels and a method thereof are provided to simplify the assembling work while improving the convenience of workers and the productivity by welding a plurality of reinforcing panels to a large-sized panel for reinforcing the stiffness of the large panel locally and pressing the reinforcing panels in the shape of the large panel. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure of vehicle panels includes a large-sized panel(10) in the shape forming a part of a vehicle body, and a plurality of reinforcing panels(20) welded to the large-sized panel and coupled together in the shape of the large-sized panel by pressing for reinforcing the stiffness-weak portions of the large-sized panel locally.
