PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-blow device having a manifold system which can easily be manufactured but satisfies a necessity for effectively transferring each component liquid to a multi-component die chip. SOLUTION: This device for melt-blowing many kinds of liquid materials into a multi-component filament is provided. A pair of outside manifold members nip a middle manifold member. Channels are formed between the facing side portions of the outside manifold members and the facing side portions of the middle manifold member, respectively. These recesses are opened from the corresponding entrances placed in the upper portion of the manifold assembly, namely form the expanded channels. A die chip is connected to the lower side of the manifold assembly to communicate with the exits of the channels. The die chip contains a link member for forming a desired multi-component filament shape, and further contains air-releasing passages for applying pressurized air to the released multi-component filament. |
