PURPOSE: A multi-function coupon(reserve fund + instant lottery ticket) is provided to output a general code and a special code on a coupon, calculate an accumulated amount of money by combining a general code with a special code, calculate a drawing result value of an impromptu lottery ticket using a time, and classify/store DBs of a store and a client according to each code. CONSTITUTION: A multi-function coupon having a general code and a special code is supplied for making a predetermined portion paid to a company be accumulated through an on-line connection(H01). A consumer connects to a server using the multi-function coupon through the Internet(H03). At this time, if the general code and the special code are identified with information stored in the server, an accumulation is achieved. The accumulated amount of money is output and a covered '*' portion in the special code is displayed. The consumer decides an accumulation of the money or a selection of a lottery ticket(H04). If the consumer selects a lottery ticket purchase(H05), an impromptu lottery ticket number is output based on an input time of code numbers written in the multi-function coupon(H06,H07).
