PURPOSE: A reflection type or transmission type liquid crystal display and a method of fabricating the liquid crystal display are provided to reduce resistance of conductive lines by changing an input line structure. CONSTITUTION: A reflection type or transmission type liquid crystal display includes the first input line(302) formed on an insulating substrate(301), the first insulating layer(303) formed on the substrate including the first input line, the second input line(304) formed on the first insulating layer, and the second insulating layer(305) formed on the overall surface of the substrate including the second input line. The liquid crystal display further includes the third input line(306) formed on the second insulating layer, a passivation layer(307) formed on the overall surface of the substrate including the third input line, contact holes exposing the first, second and third input lines, and a pixel electrode(308) formed on the passivation layer and connected to the first, second and third input lines.
