<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively prevent the expanding deformation of the body of a container with vertical pleats made of paper by external force and the expanding deformation of the body of the container at the time of heating processing of the housed matter of the container by using composite paper obtained by using a resin layer about half or less in cost as compared with PET(polyester) film laminated paper and cured upon quenching after heat melting, as a binder paste material to laminate a plastic film of which the melting point is higher than that of the resin layer to a paper material, as a container material. SOLUTION: In making a pleated container by integrally molding a container body, a large number of vertical pleats are provided on the periphery of a container bottom in an erected manner, and composite paper 2 formed by using a synthetic resin layer 1 cured upon quenching after heat melting as a binder paste material to laminate a plastic film F of which the melting point is higher than that of the synthetic resin layer 1, is prepared. This composite paper is held between a pair of heated press molds to be heated under pressure to integrally mold the container body 5. A large number of vertical pleats 4 are provided on the periphery of the container bottom in an erected state while melting only the synthetic resin layer 1. Thereafter, the paper container 6 obtained by releasing the container body part 5 is rapidly cooled, and the synthetic resin layer 1 is cured to increase the rigidity of the vertical pleats 4 to prevent the expansion of the container body part 5.</p> |
