PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely absorb loosening of an operation wire on a loose side and to pull the operation wire straight without being tilted by a timing belt in a curving operation device for an endoscope for pulling the operation wire through the timing belt. SOLUTION: The base end part of the operation wire 5 is fixed to a connection member 15 so that an axis line may be positioned on the extension line of the free end of the timing belt 13, and the member 15 is connected to the belt 13 freely movably in a fixed range.
