PURPOSE: An exhaust gas purifier is provided, which can purify harmful gas contained in exhaust gas generated from plant or internal-combustion engine by photo-reaction after water is atomized to the catalyst for catalyst regeneration, thus enhancing the purifying efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an exhaust gas pipe(10), a reacting furnace(20), a moisture detecting sensor(110), a control part(120) and a water supplying part(130). The control part(120), receiving signal from the moisture detecting sensor(110), generates control signal and sends to the water supplying part(130). The water supplying part is positioned at the lower part in the exhaust gas pipe(10), where water is atomized to feed water to the reacting furnace(20), and water is supplied to water tank. In the reacting furnace(20), photo catalyst layer and an electrode for plasma generation are installed to purify vehicle exhaust gas.
