PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fixing structure of a sitting stool, by which the productivity, appearance, cleaning properties and workability of the stool are improved and which has a skirt section on approximately the whole circumference of a lower section. SOLUTION: In the fixing structure of the sitting stool in which an opening section at the trap end section of a sitting stool body with the skirt section extending over approximately the whole circumference of the lower section of a stool body and a floor flange disposed on a floor on the inside of the skirt section and communicated with an external drain pipe are communicated and the sitting stool body is fixed, the trap end section and/or an outer circumferential surface at the trap end section and the floor flange are fixed by a sealant while a fixing member is disposed on the floor on the inside of the skirt section and the skirt section is fixed onto the fixing member.
