ROLLER STAND HAVING MOVABLE FORCE

PURPOSE: A roller stand having a movable force is provided to prevent an accident in a conveyor belt system by preventing the uneven wear and deformation of a roller. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(21) is installed vertical to a stand base(20). A roller base(12) combined with a connecting bar(11) is attached to the upper portion of the stand base. A roller(10a) is combined to the roller base. In a shock absorbing unit, a shock absorbing bar combined with a spring(32) and a movable bar is combined with a stand bar(22). The other end of the shock absorbing bar is attached to a support(23). The movable bar is combined with the connecting bar via a link(13). The stand bars having plural guide rollers are attached to both ends of the stand base. A movable stand(25) is inserted between the stand bars. A gear(27) is installed in the lower portion of the movable bar. A roller(10) is connected to a roll connecting recess of the movable stand. The other end of the roller is connected with the connecting bar. A gear installed in the lower portion of the movable bar is connected with a gear(34a) combined with the stand bar. The movable stand is lifted up and down by the gears. Then, a shock is absorbed depending on the weight of the materials on the stand. Therefore the breakage of the roller is avoided.
