<p>Compounds according to structural diagram (I) useful for treating neurological disorders wherein: R?1 and R3¿ are selected from benzyl, phenethyl, naphthylmethyl, C¿1-8?alkyl, C3-6cycloalkylC1-4alkyl and CH3SC1-4alkyl; R?2 and R4¿ are independently selected from hydrogen, benzyl, C¿1-8?alkyl and C3-6cycloalkylC1-4alkyl, and any phenyl ring of said benzyl or phenethyl is unsubstituted or substituted at one or two positions with a moiety selected from halo, C1-4alkyl and C1-4alkoxy; pharmaceutically-acceptable salts of such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, methods of making such compounds, and methods of using such compounds in the treatment of neurological disorders.</p> |
