PURPOSE: An electric skewer roasting device is provided to easily repair and clean the electric skewer roasting device and to easily load or unload skewer rods by simply opening a cover formed with a quartz pipe. CONSTITUTION: An electric skewer roasting device comprises a body(1) having an oil receiving member(20) at a center thereof. Partition plates(2,4) having a supporting hole(3) and a V-shaped slot(5) is fixedly installed in the body(1). A reduction motor(6) is provided to rotate a skewer rod inserted into the supporting hole(3). The reduction motor(7) is supported by a motor cover(7). A handle cover(8) is detachably provided in opposition to the reduction motor(6) so as to use a handle(10) of the skewer rod. Rotating members(11,12) are provided at an upper portion of the partition plates(2,4). Both ends of a quartz pipe(13) are fixed to the rotating members(11,12). A cover(17) having a window(18) is fixed to the upper portion of the rotating members(11,12).
