PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing an anode active material for a lithium secondary battery by mixing a graphite material and a carbon material uniformly, the anode active material has an excellent form and a high fill density. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: preparing a pitch solution by dissolving a pitch in an organic solvent; adding graphite powder and the pitch solution to a heat medium and stirring and heating, wherein the heat medium is selected from the group consisting of water, glycerin, mineral oil, silicone oil, paraffin, triethylene glycol, and dibutyl phthalate; filtering the product to eliminate the heat medium and obtain graphite-pitch composite powder; drying the graphite-pitch composite powder; stabilizing the dried composite powder; carbonizing the stabilized composite powder at a temperature of 500-2000deg.C under the inert atmosphere. |
