PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land price information database system capable of pre- processing land price information not individually but collectively by a rational method by visualizing a work process, and to provide a computer for a land price information data center and a recording medium. SOLUTION: The system is provided with the computer for the land price information data center, which is provided with an input part 13, an output part 14 and a memory 15, and generates standardized case data. In the system, the computer 1 is provided with a standardized data generating part 16 for standardizing and correcting the building admeasurement and land individual factor of the normalization concerning inputted case data and generating standardized case data. |
