PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio system, capable of informing a user of a track which cannot be recorded due to restriction, such as copyright protection and a recording inhibition factor, at dubbing of the data of one disk to another disk and capable of re-recording the track. SOLUTION: When a system controller 3 judges that the existence of a track not to be copied in a 1st disk in the audio system 10, capable of copying contents reproduced from the 1st disk by a reproducing part 1 to a 2nd disk by a recording/reproducing part 2, the rack number of the track and a recording inhibition factor are stored in a corresponding track storage part 41 inside a RAM 4 and re-recording operation from the 1st disk to the 2nd disk is carried out, on the basis of the stored information. |
