HARD DISK AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard disk and a method for manufacturing the disk with a fast molding rate and excellent productivity which does not require pre-impregnation. SOLUTION: The hard disk 1 consisting of a laminated body of a plurality of fiber reinforced resin sheets 2 is formed by using a thermoplastic resin for the matrix resin of the fiber reinforced resin sheets and by embedding the sheet base material of the reinforcing fiber in the matrix resin. The hard disk is obtained by inserting thermoplastic resin films or powder into a plurality of sheet base material consisting of the reinforcing fiber and heating and pressurizing them as integrated.
