PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system, a fixing structure for the speaker system and a fixing method for the speaker system by which the speaker system can easily be fixed on or dismounted from a board. SOLUTION: A metal retainer 22 is inserted to notches 15 extended from a hole 14 and the edge of the hole 14 is clamped with a bracket 21 and the fixture 22 fitted to the bracket 21. The tweeter of this invention is provided with slits 27 formed on the bracket 21 and through which the retainer 22 is inserted, projected guides 30 projected from the bottom 21a of the bracket 21 toward the opening, of the bracket 21, a guide spring 25 that is fitted to the projected guides 30 and provides an elastic energizing force to the retainer 22, and lock holes 34 that are formed on the retainer 22 and through which the projected guides 30 are inserted.
