PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release updating resources information in the case of the last time connection, which is held in a server system, when a communication line is re-established in spite of a case where the communication line is disconnected by a fault at the side of a client system in a C/S system where the server system does not monitor the client system. SOLUTION: When the communication line between the server system and the client system is established in the communication control of the C/S system, connection information of the communication line is recorded in a hardware unit in each client system. The C/S system is provided with a means for requesting resources release in an old communication line corresponding to connection information to the server system from the client system based on the connection information when the communication line is disconnected once owing to an abnormality which occurs in the client system and re-established.
