PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective control device for a power system, in which a protective function and a control function are made independent from each other and the protective function is doubled, using a simple hardware formation. SOLUTION: The protective control device 2 is provided with a first analog- to-digital converting portion 10, which is connected to the power system 1 and takes electricity in, and a protective arithmetic processing portion 5 connected to the converting portion 10. In the protecting portion 5, a main detecting portion 11 is mounted. In parallel with the protecting portion 5, a control processing portion 6 is connected. In this control portion 6, a fault-detecting portion 13, an apparatus control portion 15, and a monitoring portion 20 for monitoring the condition of the control portion 6 are mounted. A tripping output 30s is outputted as a logical product of an output contact 12s from a main detection signal outputting portion 12 with an output contact 14s from a fault detection signal outputting portion 14. An output contact 20s of the monitoring portion 20 and the output contact 14s of the fault portion 14 are connected in parallel. |
