PURPOSE: A method for forming rotor at shaft of superhigh speed spindle motor is provided to improve a performance of shaft by forming a filling groove on a surface. CONSTITUTION: A filling groove(110) is formed on a surface of a shaft(100). A sprayer sprays a copper powder(B) into the filling groove(110). A grinder grinds the copper powder in accord with a definite size of the shaft(100). The filling groove(110) consists of a first and a second groove(112,114) which are semicircular around a circumferential face of the shaft(100), and a plurality of third groove(116) which connect the first groove(112) with the second groove(114) horizontally.
