FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular to forming below, primarily, from titanium alloys. The open die with corrugated channel accommodates an elastic filler, stop and unsetting male die. The die block incorporates a mechanism to clamp upper and lower plates. The said stop is made up of a set of disks, each with the thickness equal to the spacing of open die flutes. Note that the stop lower disk is located in the die block lower plate slot with one open side. Note also that the clearance between the open die and the stop side surface exceeds the pipe workpiece thickness by 1/5 of the workpiece wall thickness. ^ EFFECT: increased quality thanks to ruling out fractures and crinkling on bellow flutes. ^ 1 ex, 3 dwg |
