PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in conventional movement of a heavy block where in it is necessary to recess a hanging anchor burying part such as a top surface of the block for the height of a hanging ring part, which complicates forming to increase cost, and it is further necessary to produce an anchor hanger apart from the concrete block body. SOLUTION: From a tip part of a main body wherein an engagement hole 1a to be engaged with a hook part 5 of a hanging wire is provided, open branches 2 opening at a predetermined angle extends downward almost vertically with respect to the main body kept in horizon. A bent hook body 3 is provided on respective tip parts of the open branches 2. The bent hook body 3 is inserted into a hooking hole 8 provided on a predetermined position on a back surface or the like of the block in such a way of forming an acute angle from an opening part at an interior angle in order to hang and move the block. During forming the block, the hanging anchor burying part is formed by recessed for the height of the hanging ring.
