PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a troublesome act of returning a shoulder belt cover covering a shoulder belt to a proper position just before and during use of a child seat. SOLUTION: An end 7c of the shoulder belt cover 7 and a corresponding portion 4a of a seat cushion 4 are provided with respective fastening members 8 and the shoulder belt cover 7 is fixed to the seat cushion 4, so that the shoulder belt cover 7 is prevented from being dislocated.
