PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple sealing instrument suitable for sealing on a graduation certificate, a certificate of prize or the like capable of rapidly establishing once decided sealing position on many sheets while dealing with a difference of shapes of documents or a seal. SOLUTION: The sealing instrument comprises a seal holding base A and a document holding base B in combination. The document is placed to meet an inside corner (e) of a frame 6 of the base B, the base A regulated at a stopper 4 to meet the same frame 6 is superposed thereon, and the seal is lowered along the inside corner. This is repeated for surely sealing the many sheets at the same positions.
