PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinneret and a spinning method using the spinneret capable of more accurately controlling nozzle condition or spinning stability. SOLUTION: This spinneret is so designed that at least one thermosensor is embedded in a spinneret plate in such a condition as not to substantially close nozzle holes.
