Kosmetische oder dermatologische Emulsionen vom Typ Öl-in-Wasser, umfassend (i) bis zu 90 Gew.-% einer Wasserphase, (ii) bis zu 40 Gew.% einer Lipidphase, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen, (iii) bis zu 10 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Emulgatoren, (iv) ferner umfassend bis zu 5 Gew.-% eines oder mehrerer Ammoniumacryloyldimethyltaurate/Vinylpyrrolidoncopolymere.
