LEVELER ROLL CLEANING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A leveler roll cleaning device is provided to prevent safety accident and a receiving pad from winding around a driving roll and to allow the receiving pad to be supplied automatically and to extend between cleaning rolls by cleaning leveler roll. CONSTITUTION: A leveler roll cleaning device comprises a cleaning body and a traverse unit for receiving pad holder. A receiving pad(11) stored in a storing wheel(10) is installed to a space between leveler rolls. The wheel is fixed to a traverse head block(9) and is connected with an air supply line(12). In the head block is installed a roller table(13). Upper and lower rolls for hold of receiving roll are installed so as to be operated by an operative cylinder(21). A holder upper guide(33) is in contact with an upper portion of the receiving pad to support the same. A pad holder traverse block(27) is in contact with a traverse block guide installed in a pad holder frame(26). A pad holder operation cylinder(29) and a holder lifting guide(30) are installed on the pad holder traverse block to provide tension between the receiving pad hold rolls.
