PURPOSE: A relay box of vehicle is provided to enhance an exchange of a part and an assembly of products by attaching integrally a fuse and a relay to one box. CONSTITUTION: A relay box comprises a main body(110), an upper cover(120) for covering the main body and a lower cover(130) mounted at a lower portion of the main body. A relay and a fuse connected at a various electronic device is arranged at topside of the main body(110). A wire harness is connected at the relay and the fuse, and an opening(132) is provided at one side of the main body. The wire harness is passed through the opening. The upper cover protects the relay and the fuse from an outer environment, and is opened and closed to repair and replace of parts. The lower cover is connected at the lower side. Wires connected at each contact portions of the relay and the fuse is connected at an exterior of the relay box through the opening.
