摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a inclination sensor which enables the detection of the state of inclination in a wider angle range of inclination and does so with a higher accuracy and a higher sensitivity even when a sensor is mounted on an inclined surface by achieving a higher response speed in the detection of inclination. SOLUTION: An inclination sensor 10 has a magnet 22 and a weight 24 mounted on the internal surface of a cylinder member 18. A housing member 20 has a pair of magnetoelectrical transducers 26a and 26b. A number of column members 28 are filled and arranged in a space between the cylinder member 18 and the housing member 20, and the cylinder member 18 is rotatably supported. As an object 16 is inclined, a signal indicating the state of the inclination is obtained as differential outputs of the magnetoelectrical transducers 26a and 26b as generated by changes in the relative position with the magnet 22.</p>
