PURPOSE: A strip flipper is provided to improve an operating efficiency by flipping strip materials for a top marking and a back marking without a hand-work. CONSTITUTION: A strip flipper comprises an active and a passive pulleys(32,26) each other connected with a belt(34) at a fronting portion of an upper housing(30), a circulating cylinder(28) for supplying a turning force to the active pulley(32), a flipper rail fixedly connected with the passive pulley(26) for being circulated as 180° extent with an alternating motion by operating the circulating cylinder(28) according to a flipping order, and an alternating motion cylinder(12) connected with the upper housing(30) through a shaft(14) and guides for moving the upper housing(30) up and down, and a lower housing including the alternating motion cylinder(12).
