PURPOSE: A registered seal recognition card is provided to make a legal transaction in a remote site possible by joining a certification function with a communication function and to reduce a production cost by integrating a communication card and the registered seal recognition card as one. CONSTITUTION: The registered seal recognition card comprises a registered seal sensor(101), a sensor interface(102), a storage(103), a CPU module(104), a communication interface(105), a communication part(106) and a key input part(107), and provides the diversity services using the registered seal recognition by connecting to a host system(110). The CPU module registers and stores a registered seal pattern inputted from the registered seal sensor in a registration mode, certifies the registered seal pattern inputted from the registered seal sensor by comparing with the registered seal pattern in a certification mode, and transfers the certification result and the registered seal pattern data inputted from the registered seal sensor to the host system through a communication device.
