PURPOSE: A method for compensating temperature of outside air of temperature controller is provided to accurately indicate actual temperature of outside air and to control temperature correspondingly with the actual value. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises an operation determination step(S4,S5), determining whether an engine is started and an air conditioner is turned on; a temperature difference calculating step(S8), calculating outside air difference(delta Tn) by detecting current temperature(Tn) of outside air and comparing with existing outside air setup value(Ts) if the engine is started and the air conditioner is turned on; and an outside air temperature compensating step, changing setup of outside air temperature at regular intervals according to the difference of temperature outside air.
